Description of Service

Radily is an AI-powered service that translates medical radiology reports into plain English explanations. Our service:

• Provides educational information about medical reports
• Explains medical terminology in accessible language
• Suggests questions to ask healthcare providers
• Does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations

User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the service only for your own personal, non-commercial use
• Not upload reports belonging to others without authorization
• Understand that AI-generated explanations may contain errors
• Verify all information with qualified healthcare professionals
• Not rely solely on our service for medical decisions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our service

Intellectual Property Rights

The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by I.K Mani Servicesand is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your uploaded medical reports. By uploading a report, you grant us a temporary license to process it and generate explanations. This license expires when your data is deleted (30 days).

Payment and Billing

Our pricing is clearly displayed on our website. By purchasing our service:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Prices may change with notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• We are not liable for any medical decisions or outcomes based on our service
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Data Retention and Deletion

All uploaded medical reports and generated explanations are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at hi@radily.ai.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent notice on our service. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
